Product leader and AI engineer
I’m Muin. At Comcast, I work on cloud and AI products. I also run a construction business, build tools for Arabic and education, teach Seerah, and write about technology and the people using it.
I’ve spent more than 13 years moving between product decisions, design, and engineering. These are some of the places that work has taken me.
Product, UX, and AI engineering
I lead product and UX work for OneCloud, Comcast’s internal cloud platform. I helped move its AI assistant from a chatbot toward agent workflows with specialist routing, role-aware actions, and previews before execution. At the 2025 Comcast Engineering Summit, I spoke about how agent interfaces could change the way people use software.
Carpenter, founder, and operator
I’ve been doing carpentry for four to five years. I taught it to kids at Fitrah Nature Initiative and sold custom carpentry, then made it official in 2026 with a residential construction business, Saiyed Property Services. Now I talk to homeowners, scope jobs, estimate costs, schedule crews, buy materials, and work on site. The work has to make sense on paper, and then it has to hold up in someone’s home.
AI consulting and app development
Since 2022, I’ve done software consulting through my own company, including AI consulting and app development. I take work from the first conversation about what to build through design and implementation.
Browser game
I built Shardwake, a glass-breaking rail shooter that runs in the browser, using Three.js and Vite. Every visual and every sound is generated in code, including music and effects synthesized with the Web Audio API, so the repository has no image, model, or audio files.
Independent products
I built Turjuman, a live Arabic captioning and English interpretation tool with different views for operators, projectors, and audiences. I’ve also worked on an Arabic dictionary extension, children’s reading tools, and homeschool workflows.
AI document analysis
I developed an interface for secure uploads and AI-generated financial summaries and reports. The work covered the product idea, the experience, and the implementation.
Director of product and engineering
I led a 14-person team across engineering, design, and QA to deliver SaaS products for clients. In 2018, the NJ Tech Council named me an Innovator to Watch.
Earlier product roles at Accenture, JPMorgan Chase, UnitedHealth Group, and Physician’s World.
I like getting close to the people doing the work. What are they trying to do? Where do they get stuck? Which part of the problem is worth solving?
Sometimes the answer is a roadmap. Sometimes it’s a prototype, a new interface, or code I write myself. I’m comfortable staying with a problem from the first conversation through delivery.
I teach Seerah to children and families. I study AI, philosophy, and kalām. I homeschool my kids and build tools that help them read and learn.
Those interests have a way of coming back into my product work. They make me ask whether a tool is actually useful, and what it does to the person using it.
I studied economics and computer science at Rutgers, and earned a diploma in AI and Philosophy from BT Academy.
